Vytápění rodinného domu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu vytápění rodinného domu. V úvodu se zabývá řešením vybraného objektu z hlediska dispozičního a konstrukčního. K tomu byly využity podklady, které byly k vybranému rodinnému domu k dispozici. Poté byla stanovena tepelná bilance objektu. Výsledky pak byly použity jako vstupní parametry pro výpočet roční potřeby energie pro vytápění a ohřev teplé vody. Následuje hlavní cíl této práce, což je studie variant otopné soustavy a to z hlediska investičních nákladů, ročních provozních nákladů, návratnosti a dopadu na životní prostředí. Všechny tyto parametry byly stanoveny pomocí průkazů energetické náročnosti budovy a k nim i rozšiřujících protokolů, které byly pro všechny vybrané varianty vytvořeny. Zároveň byly popsány i další výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých variant otopného systému. Na závěr byla navržena jedna vybraná varianta otopné soustavy a to teplovodní podlahové vytápění s plynovým kondenzačním kotlem. Byly navrženy rozvody vytápění, otopné plochy i samotný zdroj tepla, byly vypočteny tlakové ztráty a navržena regulace otopné soustavy.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of heating of a family house. The introduction is about layout and construction of the building. For that, available documents of the selected family house were used. Then it was determined a thermal balance of the house. The results were applied for estimating of annual energy need for heating and hot water. The main goal of this thesis is a study of options of heating system in terms of investment costs, annual operating costs, environment-friendliness and return of the investments. All these parameters were determined by creating energy performance certificates with extending protocols for all selected possibilities of heating. These were used as basis for determination of annual operating costs and environment-friendliness. Investment costs were determined with prices of producers and plumbing companies. Concurrently there is description of the various advantages and disadvantages of the heating systems. In the final section, there is a design of the selected option of the heating system, which is floor heating with gas condensing boiler. Heat distribution, heaters and source of energy were designed, the pressure losses were calculated and the entire system was adjusted.
