Abstract

Témou diplomovej prace je bývanie. Pohľad na možnosti bývania súčasnej mladej generácie, ktorá vyžaduje iné možnosti a podmienky ako tie predchádzajúce. Problematika nedostupnosti bývania (nielen) pre mladých, stúpajúce nájmy, nezmyselne zväzujúce hypotéky. Na druhej strane nevôľa sa viazať, rozhodovať dlhodobo, usadiť sa natrvalo. Skúmanie a kategorizácia vecí v živote človeka, ich spoločného vzťahu, aká je budúcnosť tohto vzťahu a čo to znamená pre vývoj bývania. Variácia na bývanie spoločne pre dnes a zajtra.

The theme of diploma work is housing. A view of the housing opportunities of the current young generation, which requires other options and conditions than the previous ones. The issue of the unavailability of housing (not only) for young, rising rents, unreasonably tied mortgages. On the other hand, it does not bother to bind, to make a long-term decision, to settle permanently. Investigation and categorization of things in a person's life, their common relationship, what is the future of this relationship and what it means for the development of housing.
