Novostavba bytového domu

Abstract

Předmětem řešení bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu ke stavebnímu povolení. Bytový dům je situován v lokalitě obce Nový Knín. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Konstrukční systém je podélný stěnový. Nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy zděné z tvárnic Porotherm v nadzemních podlažích a monolitické konstrukce v podzemním podlaží. Stropní konstrukce jsou dvojího typu. První typ je monolitická stropní konstrukce v podzemním podlaží, druhý typ je skládaný stropní systém Porotherm. Zastřešení je tvořeno plochou střechou.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new building of a residential building. The apartment house is located in the village of Nový Knín. The building has four aboveground and one underground floors. The construction system is longitudinal. The supporting structures are designed with brickwork from Porotherm blocks in the above-ground floors and monolithic structures in the underground floor. Ceiling structures are of two types. The first type is a monolithic ceiling structure in the underground floor, the second type is the Porotherm portable ceiling system. The roof is made up of a flat roof.
