Objekt restaurace a ubytování, Kořenov

Abstract

Navrženým objektem je objekt restaurace a ubytování, který je součástí souboru staveb navržených při revitalizaci nádražního prostoru v Kořenově. Budova je rozdělena do tří částí - vstupní prostor s konferenční místností, restauraci a ubytování. Objekt má tři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází sklady restaurace a hotelu. V parteru pak recepce, restaurace a pokoje. Ve 2. a 3. nadzemním podlaží jsou mezonetové pokoje, kotelny a strojovny VZT.

The designed building of a restaurant and accommodation in Korenov is a component of complex urban plan created as a part of planned revitalization of the railway area. The building is divided into three parts - the entrance space with a conference room, restaurant and accommodation. It has three floors and one underground floor. The storage for restaurant and hotel rooms is on underground floor. On the ground floor, we could find a reception, restaurant and hotel rooms. The duplex apartments, hotel rooms, boiler rooms and engine rooms are situated on the second and third floor.
