Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu ve vesnici Horní Maxov, která je součástí města Lučany nad Nisou. Objekt se nachází v odlehlé části vesnice. Specifické pro zadanou parcelu je mírně svažitý terén, s jižní orientací, na jehož vrcholu se nachází příjezdová cesta, směrem ze svahu je krásný výhled do lesa, který je od pozemku oddělen malým potokem. Koncept domu se snaží využít jak orientace ke světovým stranám a výhled do lesa, tak svažitost terénu pro usazení do svahu. Hmota domu je umístěna sedm metrů od příjezdové cesty a je rozdělena na dvě části dle funkcí. V hlavním objektu je vstupní podlaží - část veřejná pobytová s obývacím pokojem, kuchyní a spodní soukromá část s pokoji pro rodiče a děti. Ve vedlejší přilehlé hmotě se nachází garáž s dílnou ve vstupním podlaží a pod ní je pergola s možným uzavřením, sklad a sauna s příslušenstvím.

The subject of this thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family in the village of Horní Maxov, which is part of Lučany nad Nisou. The object is located in an outlying part of the village. Specific for the plot is a slightly sloping terrain, with a south orientation, at the top of which is a driveway. From the slope is a beautiful view of the forest, separated from the land by a small stream. The concept of the house is trying to take advantage of both, the orientation towards the world sides, the view of the forest and the slope gradient of the terrain for placing it into the slope. The mass of the house is located seven meters from the driveway and divided into two parts by function. In the main building there is an entrance floor - a part of the public residence with a living room, a kitchen and a lower private part with rooms for parents and children. In the adjacent mass there is a garage with a workroom. In the entrance and under it is a pergola with the possibility of closing, a storage room and a sauna with accessories.
