Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v lokalitě Jizerských hor. Potenciál vybrané lokality zvyšuje umělý náhon, přístup k protékajícímu územím potoku Rabenka a výhled do lesní rekreační oblasti. Pozemek má vhodnou orientaci ke světovým stranám se vstupem ze severní strany a se sklonem, klesajícím do jižní strany. Hmota rodinného domu vychází z potřeby oddělení privátní zóny s výhledem do lesa a přístupem k potoku a z respektování okolní horské zástavby. Dům je rozdělen na dvě hmoty - veřejně přístupnou a soukromou, používají se typické pro Jizerské hory materiály. Nabízí velké terasy s výhledem do lesního panoramatu, dispozice domu je otevřená a je v provázanosti s exteriérem.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to design family house on selected parcel in Jizersky hory area. The potential of the selected parcel increases by its suitable location with artificial millrace, connection with the stream Rabenka, the parcel has significant panoramic view on the recreational forest. The parcel has a convinient orientation to the cardinal direction with the entrance from the North and in the same time the terrain of the parcel declines regard to South. The substance of the building is inspired by separation of the private zone with the view of the forest and access to the stream, it respects the typical materiáls in Jizera mountains. The family house offers big terraces with the forest panoramic view. Whole building layots is designed as open as possible with connection to exterior.
