Kondenzace obvodových zdí, příčiny, následky a opatření

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kondenzace obvodového zdiva se zaměřením primárně na kondenzaci na vnitřním povrchu obvodového zdiva. Autor se v práci zabývá obecnými požadavky, návrhem konstrukcí z hlediska kondenzace a difuze vodní páry, příčinami a opatřeními proti kondenzaci obvodového zdiva. Dále autor v této práci analyzuje poznatky získané z měření povrchových teplot a vnitřního prostředí v bytovém domě v Bašnicích. Na základě provedené analýzy stávajícího stavu bytového domu navrhuje sanační opatření a posuzuje finanční náročnost těchto opatření.

Annotation The bachelor thesis deals with problematics of condensation in perimeter masonry, focusing primarily on condensation in the inner surface of the perimeter masonry. The author deals with general requirements, design of structurec in terms of condensation and diffusion of water vapor, causes and measures against the condensation of the peripheral masonry. Further, the author in this thesis analyzes the findings obtained from the measurement of surface temperatures and indoor environment in the apartment bbuilding in Bašnice. According to the current condition of the apartment building the author suggests remediation measures and assesses the financial aspects of these measures.
