Technicko - ekonomická analýza možnosti instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny v zemích třetího světa na příkladu Ukrajiny

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je provést technicko - ekonomický výpočet a zhodnocení instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny v zemích třetího světa na příkladu Ukrajiny. Cílem projektu je produkce čisté elektrické energie a její další prodej. V první části popisuju energetické hospodářství Ukrajiny, fotovoltaické elektrárny v současné energetice a výhled do budoucnosti FVE. Také v této části byly popsány jednotlivé komponenty pro stavbu fotovoltaické elektrárny, popsán princip fotovoltaického jevu a typy fotovoltaických článků. V další části byla popsána současná Ukrajinská legislativa upravující provozování fotovoltaických elektráren a taky statni podpora za zeleným tarifem. V této části také popisuju daňovou legislativu a různé metody a způsoby odepisování. Další část popisuje kritické faktory úspěchu při vývojů a realizaci fotovoltaických projektu. Je popsán postup investora od vyberu vhodného místa do uvedeni elektrárny do provozu. V praktické části této práce je nakreslena schéma elektrárny, provedena analýza klimatických podmínek a je proveden návrh komponent, výpočet nákladů a výnosů, a potom je vypočítaná návratnost FV elektrárny.

The main aim of this work is to carry out the technical and economic calculation and evaluation of the possibility of installation of a photovoltaic power plant in third world countries on the example of Ukraine. The main aim of the project is production of clean electricity and its reselling. In the first part I describe the energy industry of Ukraine, photovoltaic power plants in current energetical balance and the future of the PVP. Also, in this part I describe the components for construction of photovoltaic power plant, the principle of photovoltaic effect and types of photovoltaic cells. The next part describes the current Ukrainian legislation regulating the operation of photovoltaic power plants and the state support for the green tariff. This section also describes the tax legislation and various types and methods of depreciation. The next part describes critical factors of success in the development and implementation of photovoltaic projects. Also, I describe the list of actions of the investor, from the selection of the suitable place to putting the plant into operation. In the practical part of this thesis there is a scheme of the power plant, analysis of climatic conditions and the selection of components, calculation of costs and revenues and then the calculation of PV plant payback.
