Litoměřice - Rybáře, Pobřežní ulice

Abstract

Cílem návrhu je oživit cenné území nábřeží Labe v Litoměřicích. Litoměřice se nacházejí v severních Čechách na soutoku řeky Labe a Ohře. Řešené území se nachází jižně od centra města v bezprostřední blízkosti řeky Labe, která tvoří přirozenou dominantu celého území skládajícího se ze tří částí - Písečný ostrov, Střelecký ostrov a nábřeží s Lodním náměstím. Výrazným prvkem procházejícím skrz celé řešené území je železnice, která rozděluje centrum města od nábřeží. Velké výletní lodě s turisty zpravidla kotví u Lodního náměstí, jedná se tak o první místo, které návštěvníci Litoměřic uvidí, a které přitom nepůsobí vůbec reprezentativně - nyní se zde nachází pouze halové objekty a neudržovaná zeleň. Předmětem projektu je komplexní řešení revitalizace daného území v podobě nové bytové zástavby a základní vybavenosti citlivě zakomponované do zdejší přírody. Zástavba odpovídá specifickému bydlení u vody, využívá jeho výhod a svým urbanistickým pojetím nekonkuruje siluetě historického jádra města. Vzhledem k tomu, že se celé území nachází v záplavové oblasti, řeší návrh i nezbytnou protipovodňovou ochranu.

The aim of the project is to revitalize the valuable area of ?the Labe's riverbank in Litoměřice. Litoměřice is located in northern Bohemia at the confluence of rivers Labe and Ohře. The area is located on south of the city center very close to the river Labe, which forms the natural dominant of the entire area consisting of three parts - the Písečný island, the Střelecký island and the riverbank with the Lodní square. An important element passing through the whole area is the railway, which divides the city center from the riverbank. Large cruise boats with tourists usually anchor at the Lodní square, this is the first place that visitors in Litoměřice will see and which does not look very representative - there are only brownfields and unspoiled nature. The main goal of the project is a complex solution of the revitalization of the area in the form of a new residential development and facilities sensitively placed into the local nature. The residantial development corresponds to the specific living conditions by the water, it uses its advantages and does not compete with the view on the historical city. the whole area is in the flood plain, so the project also solves the necessary flood protection.
