Abstract

Obsahom preddiplomnej práce je urbanistická štúdia lokality na Smíchově v Prahe, a to konkrétne priestor nábrežia pod Smíchovským nádražím po liehovar. Cielom diplomovej práce je podrobnejšie riešenie zmieneného územia v časti medzi novým vyústením Ul. strakonickej z tunela a mólom. Práca obsahuje riešenie parteru, architektonickú štúdiu obytného bloku a riešenie špecifických zadaní z oblasti technickej infraštruktúry, dopravy a zelene. Tento projekt vychádza z predpokladu, že hlavná komunikácia Strakonická bude z časti schovaná v tuneli, čím sa danom úseku sprístupní nábrežie. Dochádza k zastavaniu predovšetkým obytnými budovami vo veľmi dobre dopravne obslúženej lokalite pražského smíchova. Hlavnými osami sú priehľady na Vyšehrad a letohrádok, pričom návrh rešpektuje typológiu blokovej zástavby územia. Dôraz je kladený na množstvo rôznorodých verejných priestranstiev a ich pešie prepojenie lokalitou.

The content of the thesis is the urban study of Smíchov area in Prague, namely the area of the riverbank below Smíchov train station to the distillery. The aim of the diploma thesis is a more detailed solution of the mentioned area between the new outbreak Strakonicka street from the tunnel and the moles. The work includes a parter solution, an architectural study of a residential block and the solution of specific assignments in the area of technical infrastructure, transport and green. This project is based on the assumption that the main Strakonicka street will be partly hidden in the tunnel, allowing the part of riverbank be accessible. Buildings are being built mainly in residential areas in a very well-served locality of Smichov. The main axes are the views of Vysehrad and Summer Palace, while the design respects the typology of the block building of the area. Emphasis is placed on a wide variety of public spaces and their peer-to-peer connection.
