Připravenost Policie České republiky Územního Odboru Kladno na řešení problematiky aktivního střelce

Abstract

Moje bakalářská práce s názvem Připravenost Policie České republiky Územního Odboru Kladno na řešení problematiky aktivního střelce je zaměřena na popis problematiky aktivního střelce, od jeho charakteristiky přes pohled na aktivního střelce z hlediska trestního práva s uvedenými povinnostmi a oprávněními zúčastněných osob, až po rozbor několika útoků v USA a České republice. Ve výzkumném šetření je využita metoda komparace rozhovorů s policisty z různých oddělení spadajících pod Územní odbor Kladno, jehož cílem je zjistit stav připravenosti, výcviku a vybavení policistů Územního odboru Kladno v souvislosti s útokem aktivního střelce. V poslední části jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení celé situace.

My bachelor thesis entitled ?Preparedness of the Czech Police of the Kladno Territorial Department to address the problem of an active shooter? focuses on the description of the Active shooter problematics, its characteristics, definition in terms of criminal law including the obligations and rights of the persons involved and analysis of several Active shooters cases from USA and Czech Republic. This thesis builds on comparison methodology using the interviews with police officers from various departments within Kladno Territorial Department to find out if this Territorial Unit is ready trained and equiped enough for such situations. In the end the author also proposes some improvements to the current situation.
