Abstract

Abstrakt Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit souhrn opatření pro zlepšení dopravy v klidu. Především pak zlepšit podmínky pro parkování návštěvníků města, bez toho aby se omezily možnosti odstavování vozidel rezidentům. Toho lze docílit organizací systému a cenovou regulací poptávky. Přesycenost veřejných prostorů parkujícími a odstavenými automobily se projevuje především na sídlištích, kde je nutné vytvořit vhodné podmínky pro odstavování vozidel a zároveň zachovat hlavní funkci veřejného prostoru. Nedílnou součástí je vytvořit prostor pro komfortní parkování v místech se zvýšenou koncentrací lidí. Teoretická část práce se zabývá formou organizace parkování v centrální i decentralizované oblasti. Na tyto oblasti je pohlíženo z pohledu funkčního využití ve městě. Tam, kde je žádoucí vysoká obrátkovost vozidel je vhodné zavádět zóny placeného stání. Praktická část rozlišuje město podle urbanistických obvodů, ve kterých jsou vytipovány lokality, které fungují nebo by mohly fungovat jako odstavná parkoviště. Urbanizované plochy jsou dále analyzovány z hlediska kapacity stání, napojení na okolní zástavbu nebo vhodného doplnění veřejných prostor. Textová část je doplněna schématy, fotografiemi a přehlednými situacemi.

The aim of the thesis is to create a set of measures meant to improve transport at rest. Mainly in order to improve the conditions for parking for visitors in the city, without limiting the possibility of parking of vehicles belonging to the residents. This can be achieved through organisation of the system and price regulation of the demand. The overlapping of public spaces with parking and parked cars is manifested mainly in housing estates, where it is necessary to create suitable conditions for parking vehicles while preserving the main function of the public space. An important part is to create space for comfortable parking in places with increased concentration of people. The theoretical part deals with the organization of parking in the central and decentralized areas. These areas are viewed from a functional point of view in the city. Where high vehicle turnover is desirable, it is advisable to introduce paid zones. The practical part distinguishes the city according to the urban areas in which the sites that function or could function as parking lots are selected. Urbanised areas are further analysed for the capacity of the stall, the connection to the surrounding area or the appropriate replenishment of public spaces. The written part is supplemented by diagrams, photographs and clear situations.
