Součinitele pro stanovení návrhové hustoty požárního zatížení z pohledu statistického sledování událostí

Abstract

Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je analýza dat z databáze SSU a její následné využití při navrhování konstrukcí. Databáze SSU je databáze požárů HZS ČR. Vybraná data o požárech staveb v rozsahu let 2009 - 2016 byla poskytnuta od MV-GŘ HZS ČR. V první části je shrnut současný stav poznání. Zde jsou zahrnuty obecné informace o databázi SSU, seznámení s její historií a vývojem, využití dat v praxi a terminologie. V této části jsou také uvedeny zahraniční statistické zdroje a srovnání systému zaznamenávání požárních statistik v rámci států EU. Druhá část této práce se věnuje analýze dat z databáze SSU. Jako výstupy těchto analýz slouží grafy a tabulky. Tato analýza je primárně zaměřena na srovnávání dat vzniků požárů ve stavbách v daném období na území ČR dle účelu objektu a hodnocení jejich dopadů. Poslední část je věnována využití analyzovaných dat při navrhování konstrukcí dle normy ČSN EN 1991-1-2.

The main topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of data from the SSU database and its subsequent use in design of structures. The SSU database is the firefighting database of the Czech Fire Brigade. Selected data on fire of buildings from the year 2009 till 2016 were provided by the Ministry of Interior - DG HZS CR. The first part summarizes the current state of knowledge. This includes general information about the SSU database, its history and development, the use of data in practice and terminology. In this section foreign statistical sources and comparison of the fire statistics recording system within the EU countries are also introduced. The second part of this thesis deals with data analysis from the SSU database. The graphs and tables are the outputs of these analyses. The analysis is primarily focused on comparison of the data of the occurrence of fires in the buildings in the given period in the territory of the Czech Republic according to the object and evaluation of their impacts. The last part shows the use of analysed data in the design of structures according to ČSN EN 1991-1-2.
