Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem finančního zdraví obce, které zkoumá analýzou jejího rozpočtového hospodaření, zadluženosti a likvidity. Pro všechny tři oblasti je možné použít široké spektrum analýz, které napomohou k posouzení komplexní finančně-hospodářské situace obce. Teoretická část obsahuje základní údaje o územní samosprávě, chodu obce a teoretický základ k posouzení finančního zdraví. Praktická část navazuje vytvořením soustavy ukazatelů hodnotících finanční zdraví obce a analýzou komplexní hospodářské situace obce Třebotov. Cíl diplomové práce spočívá ve vyhodnocení finančně-hospodářské situace obce Třebotov ve sledovaném období 2010-2016 a navržení vhodných doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení jeho hospodářské kondice.

Diploma thesis is focused on a topic of municipality financial health, which is exam- ined by analysis of budgetary management, indebtedness and liquidity. All three ar- eas can be examined and judged by many analysis that help to assess complex fi- nancial-economical situation of the municipality. The theoretical part contains basic information about territorial self-government, functioning of the municipality and theoretical base of assessing of the financial health. The practical part continues by creating of a system of indicators evaluating the financial health and by analysis of complex economical situation of Třebotov. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evalu- ate financial-economical situation of the municipality in monitored period 2010-2016 and to suggest appropriate recommendations that leads to improving of financial condition of the chosen municipality.
