Monitorování opotřebení a destrukce obráběcích nástrojů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se stručně zabývá samotným vznikem opotřebení obráběcího nástroje, jednotlivými druhy opotřebení, mechanismy opotřebení a také jeho důsledky. Je zaměřena na monitorování tohoto opotřebení, nebo dokonce destrukce samotného obráběcího nástroje, rozbor jednotlivých metod monitorování, jejich aplikací a zhodnocením. V práci jsou zařazeny i kapitoly, které nejednají bezprostředně o monitorování opotřebení a destrukce nástroje, ale s problematikou souvisejí.

The bachelor thesis deals briefly with the occurrence of wear of the cutting tool, with different types of wear, wear mechanisms and its consequences. It focuses on monitoring this wear, or even destroying the tool itself, analyzing individual monitoring methods, applying and evaluating them. The thesis also includes chapters, that do not act directly on the monitoring of wear and destruction of the tool but they are related.
