Zařízení pro nanášení olejových vrstev

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi nanášení olejových vrstev a jejich úpravou. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní informace o mazivech a také procesu odmašťování v průmyslu. Zabývá se stavem a čistotou povrchu, druhy maziv, složením maziv, odmašťovacími prostředky, technologiemi odmašťování a kontrolou čistoty povrchu. Praktická část se zabývá nanášením olejových vrstev na hliníkové vzorky. V experimentální části práce je porovnání olejových filmů za použití různých technologií aplikace a úpravy filmu. Měření a vyhodnocení nanesené olejové vrstvy bylo provedeno pomocí zařízení Recognoil a hmotnostní metodou.

This diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of oil layers deposition and their treatment. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on basic information about lubricants and the degreasing process in industry. It deals with surface condition and cleanliness, lubricant types, lubricant composition, degreasing agents, degreasing technologies and surface cleanliness. Practical part deals with application of oil layers on aluminum samples. In the experimental part of the thesis is the comparison of oil films using different technologies of application and adaptation. Measurement and evaluation of the applied oil layer was performed using the Recognoil device and the mass method.
