Racionalizace odlitku lože obráběcího stroje z LLG

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá v úvodní části nejčastějšími vadami v litině s lupínkovým grafitem. V další kapitole se věnuje rozdělení litin s lupínkovým grafitem, vliv prvků na slitinu a její mechanické vlastnosti. Dále podává přehled o nejpoužívanějších simulačních softwarech v současné době v oblasti slévárenství. V praktické části se podrobně zabývá racionalizací odlitku lože obráběcího stroje z litiny s lupínkovým grafitem. Na odlitku se vyskytly vady neslučitelné s předávkou zákazníkovi. Cílem této práce je provést počáteční analýzu pomocí numerické simulace, navrhnout optimální technologickou variantu a ověřit ji opět pomocí numerické simulace.

This thesis deals with the most frequent defects in cast iron with flake graphite. In the next chapter is focused on the casting of cast iron with flake graphite, the influence of the elements on the alloy and its mechanical properties. It also provides an overview of the most used simulation software currently in the field of foundry. The practical part deals with the rationalization of the casting of the casting machine of cast iron with flake graphite. There were defects incompatible with the overdose on the customer. The aim of this work is to perform an initial analysis using numerical simulation, to design an optimal technological variant and to verify it again using numerical simulation.
