Hodnocení zbytkové výšky materiálu při frézování obecných ploch za použití CAM

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá parametrem zbytkové výšky obrábění a jeho návazností na povrch součásti. Řeší problematiku jeho definice a použití v CAM systémech. Dále se zabývá povrchem obrobků, jakostními parametry a jejich měřením. Pro praktickou část byl navržen a proveden experiment obrábění zkušebních ploch, na kterých proběhlo měření povrchu. Tyto hodnoty byly porovnány s teoretickým modelem zbytkové výšky.

This thesis concerns itself with scallop-height in milling processes, and its relevance to surface roughness. It discusses problems of its definition and its use in CAM systems. It further introduces surface texture, its parameters and their evaluation. For the practical part of this thesis, an experiment was designed and carried out, during which experimental surfaces were machined and these were measured and evaluated. The relevant data was compared to the theoretical model of scallop-height.
