Integrita povrchu a měření zbytkových napětí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována integritě povrchu. V rešeršní části je detailně rozpracován rozbor jednotlivých složek integrity povrchu, metody jejich měření a hodnocení. Samostatná kapitola je věnována metodám měření zbytkových napětí. Experimentální část popisuje měření zbytkových napětí segmentů lopatek po balotinování s využitím mechanické metody vetknutého nosníku.

I have devoted my bachelor thesis to surface integrity. The theoretical part of this thesis is about a detailed analysis of individual components of surface integrity, methods of their measurements and evaluation. Another part is devoted to the residual stress measurement methods. In the experimental part I describe measurements of the residual stress of the blade segments after balotinization using the mechanical method of the girder beams.
