Návrh pohonu elevátoru silážní věže

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu elevátoru silážní věže. Obsahuje přehled korečkových dopravníků a jejich konstrukční uspořádání. V práci je popsán návrh celého převodového ústrojí včetně elektromotoru, pružné spojky na vstupu čelní dvoustupňové převodovky se šikmými zuby a řetězového soukolí na výstupu převodovky. Dále jsou kontrolována ozubená kola, ložiska a hřídele na životnost a pevnost. Hlavně výstupní hřídel je ještě kontrolován na dynamickou bezpečnost a deformační kontroly.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of silage tower´s elevator engine. It consists overview of bucket conveyors and their construction order. In this thesis is described design of the whole transmission gear including electric engine, flexible coupling on the inlet of two-stage gearbox with oblique teeth and chain gear at the output of the gearbox. Furthermore, all gears, bearings and shafts are checked for their solidity and lifetime. Primarily, the output shaft is being checked for his dynamic safety and deformation check.
