BENEŠOV - PŘESTAVBA TÁBORSKÝCH KASÁREN

Abstract

Prace se zabyva navrhem nove mestske ctvrti na uzemi prazdnych Taborskych kasaren v Benesove, ktere se stali prilezitosti pro moznou transformaci. Obsahem prace je urbanisticka koncepce uzemi, ktera popisuje jednotlive principy vedouci k vytvoreni mestotvorne zastavby, zkouma mozne intenzity zastaveni a definuje jednotlive charaktery lokalit. Tematem prace je hledani alternativy k individualnimu bydleni na okrajich mesta.

The thesis deals with the design of a new district in the territory of the empty Tabor Barracks in Benesov, which became an opportunity for a possible transformation. The content of the thesis is the urban concept of the territory, which describes principles leading to the creation of the urban area, examines the possible intensity of the development and defines the individual character of new localities. The theme of the thesis is searching for an alternative to individual housing on the outskirts of the city.
