Návrh vytápění a větrání budovy strahovské koleje

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zhoršení vnitřního mikroklimatu uvnitř budov, po následném zateplení a uzavření průvzdušnosti obálky objektu. Dále snížením energetické náročnosti objektu a s tím související zhoršené a předimenzované vlastnosti otopné soustavy. Práce spočívá ve vyhodnocení stavu po zateplení posuzovaného objektu, pomocí měřících nástrojů pro zjištění hygienické kvality vnitřního prostředí, aplikovaných v zimním období a pomocí výpočetního nástroje NKN pro zjištění výsledné energetické náročnosti po zateplení. Na základě analýzy stavu posuzovaného objektu, jsou koncepčně navrženy dvě varianty nuceného větrání, tak i dvě varianty ústředního vytápění vysokoškolské koleje Strahov. Z obou návrhů koncepčního řešení byla vybrána varianta, která bude z hlediska výsledného vyhodnocení optimální volbou. Tato navržená řešení po zateplení objektu jsou přínosná, ale důležitou otázkou je, zda můžou být uskutečnitelná, a to zejména po finanční náročnosti.

This thesis deals with deterioration of the internal climate inside buildings after subsequent insulation and sealing air permeability of the building outer cover. Further, it deals with reductions in the energy performance of the buildings and with the related deteriorated and oversized heating system properties. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the state after the insulation of the building judged, using measuring tools to determine the hygienic quality of the indoor environment, applied in winter period and through computing NKN tools to determine the resulting energy intensity after the insulation. Based on the analysis of the state of the object judged, there are two ways of forced ventilation conceptually designed, as well as two ways of central heating in the Strahov university dormitory. From both concept drafts the option was chosen, which will be the optimal choice, regarding the final evaluation. The solutions given after the building insulation are beneficial, but the important question is whether they can be viable, especially regarding the financial demand.
