Chomutov - lokalita před novým městským nádražím

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je architektonicko - urbanistická studie lokality před novým městským nádražím v Chomutově. Předdiplomní projekt je zaměřen především na analýzu zájmového území, průzkumy a rozbory, a následně na zpracování studie. Ta se týká nejen lokality před novým městským nádražím, ale i doplnění hlavní pěší třídy vedoucí z řešeného území do historického jádra města a transformace plochy dnešního autobusového nádraží, které se v rámci návrhu přesouvá. Diplomní projekt se pak podrobněji zabývá prostorem před nádražím, který je místem průniku hlavních přístupových os do území (ve směru z centra města, z autobusového nádraží a z obytné čtvrti města). Diplomová práce představuje jednu z variant, jak lze toto, dnes nevyužívané území v centru města, řešit a vrátit jej tak zpět do života jeho obyvatel. Významné motivy prolínající se celým návrhem jsou křivka řeky a symbolika nádraží, která je patrná především v používaných materiálech. Součástí výsledného návrhu jsou i prvky mobiliáře, osvětlení, specifikace povrchů a druhová skladba zeleně.

The aim of this diploma thesis is an architectural - urban study of the site in front of the new railway station in Chomutov. The pre-diploma project is focused mainly on the analysis of the area of ?interest, surveys and analyzes, and subsequently on the study. This concerns not only the site in front of the new city railway station, but also the completion of the main pedestrian class leading from the solved territory to the historic core of the city and the transformation of the area of ?today's bus station, which is moving within the design. The diploma project then deals in detail with the area in front of the railway station, which is the point of penetration of the main access axes into the area (in the direction of the city center, the bus station and the residential district of the city). The diploma thesis represents one of the ways how this unused area in the city center can be solved and returned to the life of its inhabitants. Significant motifs intertwined with the whole design are the river curve and the symbolism of the railway station, which is evident mainly in the materials used. Part of the resulting design includes furniture elements, lighting, surface specifications and species composition of greenery.
