Praha Holešovice - Bubny

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie lokality Praha Bubny v ploše bývalých vlakových dílen. V rámci předdiplomního projektu byla zpracována oblast dílen a přilehlého okolí v rozsahu mezi ulicemi Bubenská a Argentinská a mezi nábřežími Vltavy na severu a na jihu. V rámci diplomové práce byla řešena část navržené struktury a v detailu nejdůležitějsí veřejné prostory a objekty. Veřejný prostor byl zpracován v rozsahu centrálního náměstí. Byly zpracovány budovy radnice a výškové budovy v centru oblasti. Cílem návrhu je vytvořit nové centrum oblasti holešovického meandru s významnými prvky celoměstského významu a adekvátní využití dosud nevyužívané oblasti v dosahu městského centra.

Theme of the thesis is urban study of lokality in Prague Bubny in the area of former train workshops. In pre-diploma work was processed area of workshops and near areas between streets Bubenská and Argentinská and between riversides of river Vltava on the north and south. In diploma thesis was processed part of the structure and in detail most important public space and buildings. The detail of public space was processed in the scale of the central square. City hall and high altitude building in the center of the structure were processed. The goal of the proposal is to build the new center of Holešovice with important elements of wholecity significance and adequate use of non-used lokality within reach of the city center.
