| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá možností instalace spalovacích turbín a absorpčního chlazení do pivovaru. Nejprve jsou analyzovány spotřeby pivovaru a dle nich je navrhováno zařízení. Výkon a výroba energie ze spalovacích turbín je přizpůsobována potřeby chladu daného systému. Poslední část práce je věnována ekonomickému hodnocení nových variant a jsou porovnávány s původní variantou. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | This work deals with installation of combustion turbines and absorption cooling in the brewery. At first the consumption of the brewery is analysed and the equipment is proposed. The power and production of combustion turbines is adapted to the cooling needs of the system. The last part of this work is devoted to the economic evaluation of new variants and they are compared with the original state. | eng |
