Energetické aspekty rekonstrukce rekreačního bjektu

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o problematice rekonstrukce starého venkovského objektu užívaného k rekreaci na objekt trvale obydlený, o požadavcích kladených na energetickou náročnost budovy a o souvisejících legislativních předpisech. Cílem práce je řešení konkrétního návrhu zateplení objektu v obci Albrechtice nad Vltavou a jeho ekonomické, technické a ekologické zhodnocení. Práce začíná formálním významem energetického průkazu budov a jeho souvislostmi s právními a technickými požadavky na renovované objekty a pokračuje informacemi o typech tepelných ztrát v obytných objektech. Další část se věnuje technickému popisu stávajícího objektu, výpočtu tepelných ztrát a potřebného tepla na vytápění a ohřev TUV a požadavkům na stav po rekonstrukci. Ve třetí části práce následují jednotlivé návrhy zateplení a výpočet tepelných ztrát a potřeby tepla po jejich realizaci. V navazující části práce následuje ekonomický, technický a ekologický rozbor, na jejichž základu je v závěru práce uvedeno celkové zhodnocení navržených možností.

The theme of this thesis is a problematics of reconstruction of an old rural building used as recreational object to a permanently occupied house, demands laid on energy performance of the building and related legislative ordinances. Purpose of this work is finding of a particular thermal insulation design of a building in Albrechtice nad Vltavou and economical, technical and ecological evaluation of this design. The thesis begins with formal importance of building's energy certificate and its coherence with legislative and technical demands on renewed buildings and then continues with information about types of heat losses in residential objects. Next part of this thesis is dedicated to technical description of actual building, calculation of heat losses and heat needed for heating and warming of DHW and requirements for the state of the building after reconstruction are also summarized. Individual proposals follow in the third part of the work ensued with calculations of heat losses and needed heat after realization of these proposals. In the follow-up part of the work, there is economical, technical and ecological analysis on the basis of which is stated final evaluation of proposed solutions in the conclusion of this work.
