Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a zhodnocením automatického ovládacího systému, založeným na technologiích detekce chodc?, pro eskalátory v pražském metru.Hlavním cílem navrhovaného systému je zvýšit schopnost eskalátor? reagovat na zm?nu toku cestujících a zárove? omezit tvorbu front.Tato práce poskytuje p?ehled sou?asné používaných systém? ve vybraných stanicích metra a porovnává jejich funk?nost s navrhovaným systémem pomcí simula?ních model? navržených pro oba p?ípady. Výsledky dokázaly, že navrhovaný systém, spole?n? se zm?nou chování cestujících na eskalátorech, m?že p?inést významné výhody pro uživatele hromadné dopravy snížením celkového ?asu stráveným ve frontách. This thesis is focused on the proposal and evaluation of an automated control system based on pedestrian detection technologies for the escalators located in the metro of Prague. The proposed system has as main goal to increase the reactiveness of the escalators allowing them to react to fast changes of pedestrian flow and at the same time reducing the formation of queues. For that, this thesis provides an overview of the current system used in a selected station of the metro system, and compares its operation with the proposed system by using simulation models developed for both cases. The results in this thesis show that the proposed system, together with a change of the pedestrian behavior in escalators, could bring significant benefits for the users of the public transport by reducing the total time spend in queues.
