Podlahy v bytové výstavbě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hrubých podlah v bytové výstavbě. V úvodní části je obecný přehled nejpoužívanějších konstrukčních možností, materiálů a technologií, které se dnes v praxi používají. Čtenář se dále dozví základní normové požadavky na návrh, provedení a kontrolu provedených podlah. V praktické části práce je zpracována stavebně technologická studie konstrukcí hrubých podlah v bytovém domě Talo Kavalírka v Praze 5. Její součástí jsou čtyři návrhy řešení hrubých podlahových konstrukcí a jejich posouzení z hlediska nákladů, časové náročnosti a technologie provádění. Na vybranou variantu je zpracován technologický předpis včetně postupového diagramu, kontrolního plánu a řešení zařízení staveniště na danou etapu. Cílem práce je předat čtenáři praktické informace, na jejichž základě bude schopen samostatně zpracovat návrh hrubých podlahových konstrukcí a na řešeném příkladu ukázat jednu z možností, jak při řešení postupovat.

The bachelor thesis deals with the the problematics of rough floors in apartment construction. In the introductory part there is a general overview of the most used design options, materials and technologies, which are used in practice today. The reader will learn basic requirements for the design, execution and inspection of the floors. In the practical part of the thesis a construction-technological study of rough floors in the Talo Kavalírka apartment building in Prague 5 is elaborated. It includes four proposals for the design of rough floor structures and their assessment in terms of cost, time and technology of realization. The technological regulation, including the flowchart, the control plan and the solution of the site equipment for the given stage, is elaborated for the chosen variant. The aim of the thesis is to provide the reader with practical information on the basis of which he will be able to independently elaborate the designs of the rough floor constructions and to show one of the possible solutions on the solved example.
