Revize pravidel pro nastavování ochran v síti VN

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nastavení ochran v distribuční síti vysokého napětí společnosti PREdistribuce, a.s.. V první části práce je zmapován současný stav distribuční sítě vysokého napětí, včetně principů chránění a zajištění selektivity. Druhá část je věnována analýze poruchových událostí, především délce trvání těchto poruch. V třetí části práce je na základě analyzovaných dat o poruchách provedena revize nastavení ochran, která musí respektovat požadavky jako například více rozpínacích stanic na linii a občasné výpadky při zapínání dlouhých linií. Dále je navržen pilotní projekt pro ověření nových pravidel pro nastavování ochran. V závěru je zhodnocena navrhovaná změna časových závislostí ochran a porovnán pilotní projekt se současným stavem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of setting protection in the middle voltage distribution network of PREdistribuce a.s. The first part of the thesis describes the current state of the middle voltage distribution network, including principles of protection and selectivity. The second part is devoted to the analysis of fault events, especially the duration of these failures. In third part of the thesis, based on the analyzed fault data, a revision of the protection settings is performed, which must respect requirements such as multiple line breakout stations and occasional outages when opening long lines. In additional, a pilot project is designed to validate new rules for setting up protection. In conclusion, the proposed change in time dependencies of the protection is evaluated and the pilot project is compared with the current state.
