Průzkum a návrh rekonstrukce historického domu ve Cvikově

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Průzkum a návrh rekonstrukce historického domu ve Cvikově se v úvodní části věnuje stručné identifikaci zkoumaného objektu v podobě historie města a samotného objektu, popisu základních technických parametrů objektu, jeho účelu, umístění, charakteristice okolních ploch a napojení na inženýrské sítě. Hlavní část práce tvoří stavebně-technický průzkum a analýza poruch a vad objektu. Stavebně-technický průzkum definuje jednotlivé konstrukce (základové, svislé, vodorovné, konstrukce krovu a povrchové úpravy) a popisuje jejich aktuální technický stav. Součástí průzkumu je předběžný vlhkostí průzkum a určení geotechnických parametrů. Cílem stavebně-technického průzkumu je vyhotovení výkresové dokumentace zobrazující konstrukční řešení objektu a materiály konstrukčních prvků. Analýza poruch a vad objektu popisuje všechny globální i lokální nalezené poruchy a vady a zkoumá jejich příčiny a důsledky, především se pak zabývá problematikou biodegradačních procesů. Analýza slouží pro předběžný návrh sanace poruch a určení jejich rozsahu a technologické náročnosti. Cílem této kapitoly je zakreslení nalezených poruch a vad do samostatné výkresové dokumentace, jejich ilustrace v podobě fotodokumentace a návrh sanace poškozených konstrukcí. Hlavním cílem této práce je provedení stavebně-technického průzkumu včetně analýzy poruch a vad konstrukcí daného objektu, jehož součástí je fotodokumentace a výkresová dokumentace zobrazující porušený a neporušený stav budovy. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou následně navrženy předběžné, či konečné sanace poškozených konstrukcí vzhledem k jejich rozsahu, typu poškození a náročnosti technologického provedení. Hlavním výsledkem práce jsou identifikace a popis všech konstrukcí objektu, předběžný vlhkostní průzkum, analýza poruch a vad objektu, vypracování výkresové dokumentace zobrazující neporušený a porušený stav budovy, předběžný návrh sanace zjištěných poruch, podrobnější návrh sanace dvou nejvýznamnějších poruch v podobě klenbové konstrukce v místnosti 1.06 a oblastí zasažených dřevokaznými houbami. Závěrem je zhodnocení celkového stavu budovy.

This Bachelor Thesis Survey and Reconstruction Proposal of Historic House in Cvikov is devoted in the first part to brief identification of the studied object in the form of the history of the city and the object itself, description of the basic technical parameters of the object, its purpose, location, characteristics of surrounding areas and connection to engineering networks. The main part of the work consists of construction and technical survey and analysis of failures and defects of objects. The construction and technical survey defines individual structures (foundation, vertical, horizontal, truss construction and surface treatment) and describes their current technical state. Part of the survey is a preliminary humidity survey and determination of geotechnical parameters. The aim of the construction and technical survey is to work out a drawing documentation depicting the structural design of the building and materials of the structural elements. Analysis of failures and defects of the object describes all the global and local detected failures and defects and examines their causes and consequences, especially the issue of biodegradation processes. The analysis is used for the preliminary proposal of failures restoration and determination of their extent and technological difficulty. The aim of this chapter is to mark out detected failures and defects into a separate drawing documentation, their illustrations in the form of photographic documentation and proposal of restoration of the damaged structures. The main objective of this work is to carry out a construction and technical survey including analysis of failures and defects of the structure of the stated building, including photographic documentation and drawing documentation depicting the damaged and intact state of the building. Based on these findings, subsequently propose preliminary or final restoration of the damaged structures due to their extent, type of damage and the complexity of the technological design. The main result of the work is identification and description of all structures of the building, preliminary humidity survey, analysis of failures and defects of the building, elaboration of drawing documentation depicting the intact and broken state of the building, preliminary proposal of restoration of detected failures, detailed proposal of the two most significant defects in the form of vault construction in room 1.06 and areas affected by wood-destroying fungi. The conclusion is an assessment of the overall condition of the building.
