Stavebně technologický projekt - Rezidence na Plachtě, bytový dům BD 17

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci řeší autor stavebně technologický projekt stavby bytového domu v Hradci Králové. Zabývá se prostorovou, technologickou i časovou strukturou plánování. Navrhuje optimální řešení pro zařízení staveniště. Bakalářská práce obsahuje posouzení úplnosti a správnosti projektové dokumentace, schéma postupu výstavby, rozborový list, technologický normál, časoprostorový graf, časový harmonogram, graf nasazení strojů, graf nasazení pracovníků, graf spotřeby materiálů, výkresy zařízení staveniště včetně technické zprávy, technologický předpis pro zdění příček a technologický předpis pro lití anhydritových podlah. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout výstavbu bytového domu v plynulé časové posloupnosti s optimálním nasazením pracovníků a strojů.

In this bachelor thesis the author solves the structural and technological project of construction of the apartment building in Hradec Kralove. It deals with spatial, technological and temporal structure of planning. It proposes an optimal solutions for site facilities. This bachelor thesis includes assessing the completeness and correctness of the project documentation, diagram of the construction process, technology analytical sheet, spatio-temporal graph, time schedule, graph of the machines deployment, graph of the workers productivity, material consumption graph, drawings of site facilities, technical report about site facilities, technological prescription for masonry walls and technological prescription for realization of anhydrite floor. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compile a construction of building in continuous time sequence and optimal deployment of workers and machines.
