Zámek Liteň - nové centrum obce

Abstract

V rámci konverze zámeckého areálu je řešeno znovuzačlenění souboru objektů do života lidí v obci Liteň, která se zde nemůže obejít bez nového veřejného prostoru s vybaveností a umožnění využití stávajích prázdných staveb. Všude po světě vznikají nové začínající firmy (tzv. "start-up"), které potřebují někde začít, a to je právě zde v těchto prostorech. Liteň potřebuje mladé lidi, a proto nabízí budovy pro začínající mladé umělce, architekty, vizionáře atd. K tomu bude sloužit jedna z nových vestaveb "open-space" kanceláří s možností prezentací a pořádáním kulturních akcí. Objekt je vestavěn mezi obvodové zdi bývalého kravína, a tím zachovává autentičnost místa. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomovou práci, která je přiložena v první části (urbanistické řešení). Diplomová práce poté pokračuje architektonickou, stavební, statickou a technickou částí u vybraných částí stavebního díla.

Within the conversion of the palace premises, the design deals with the re-incorporation of the premises and collection of buildings into the lives of the people in the Municipality of Liteň, which cannot do without a new public space that will bring new infrastructure, as well as new work rooms. All around the world, new start-ups are founded that need a place to start, and that place is here. Liteň needs young people, which is why it offers buildings that can be used by young artists, architects, visionaries etc. That is exactly what one of the new additions will be used for - it will offer open-space offices suitable for presentations and cultural events. The object is built into the peripheral walls of the former cowshed, which preserves the authenticity of the place. The design builds on my pre-diploma work, which is attached in the first part (urbanistic solution). The diploma thesis then continues with the architectonic, construction, structural design and technical part that regards selected parts of the structure.
