Jablonec n./N. - bydlení pro seniory

Abstract

úkolem této diplomové práce je zpracovat architektonicko-stavební návrh novostavby bytového domu pro seniory v jablonci nad nisou nedaleko centra s docházkovou vzdáleností na Hromadnou dopravu, a potřebné služby do 500 mETRŮ. Koncept je ovlivneň snahou spojit Seniora s centrem dění, ale zárovň mu ZAJISTIT příjemné a klidné BYDLENÍ v centru města. Proto je hmota navržena do tvaru U, který je výhodný pro obytné místnosti orientované do tichého vnitrobloku a společeské prostory umístěné na vnější straně k rušné ulici.

The assignment for this thesis was to create a architectoniclly- structural design of a new apartment building for seniors in Jablonec nad Nisou near town centre within the walking distace of 500 meters from the public transportation and other needed services. The concept is influenced by the effort to conect the senior with the center of action but also to simultaneously provide him with pleasant and calm housing in the town center. Therefor the matter is designed in a U shape which is advantageous for living spaces oriented to the inner block and the common spaces located at the outer side nearing the bussy street.
