Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Klecanech v okrese Praha-východ. Hlavním specifikem parcely je terén svažující se na jihovýchod s výhledem na protější zelený svah s řídkou zástavbou rodinných domů. Při rozparcelování bylo voleno rozdělení na dolní a horní parcely. Tímto způsobem se co možná nejvíce respektoval strmý terén a zároveň se vytvořila klidová linie mezi parcelami, kterou mohou sousedi využívat společně. Hmota samostatně řešeného domu je umístěna v severovýchodní části pozemku. Tato pozice umožňuje umístit pobytové místnosti na příjemně prosluněné světové strany a poskytuje možnost užívat si na terase jak vycházejícího, tak i zapadajícího slunce. Důraz byl kladen na intimitu bydlení, kterou zajišťuje uzavřená severovýchodní fasáda natočena k sousednímu domu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Klecany, district Prague-east. the land is characterized mainly by the downhill terrain with the view of the opposite green hillside with few family houses. The area was divided into upper and lower separate lands with the road at the edges. Such a way of design respects the steep downhill terrain and creates the quiet border zone between the lands which could be used in common. the house is located in the north-east part of the land. This position makes it possible to place living room at the side of the house, which have the pleasant sunshine time, and at the same time to place terrace so, that dweller could enjoy sun-rise and sun-set from it. The important aspect of the design was intimity of living, which is provided by the closed north-east facade which is turned toward the neighbor house.
