Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá architektonickou studií rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na území CHKO v rozvolněné zástavbě obce Blatce. Návrh je podřízen regulativům CHKO a specifickým požadavkům investora. Paní domu je zahradnice, která pracuje z domu. Pán domu je sběratelem motocyklů a požaduje jejich uskladnění na pozemku. Návrh je členěn na obytnou a hospodářskou část. Dále je předmětem práce vyřešení vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení a profesí technického zabezpečení budov.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with an architectural study of a detached house for a family of four in the Protected Landscape Area, locality of Blatce builp-up area. The project is subordinate to regulations of the Protected Landscape Area and meets the clientˇs specific requirements. The lady of the house is a freelance gardener. The owner is a motorcycle collector and demands their storage in the grounds. The project is divided into a residential and agricultural parts. The further aim of this work is the solution of selected parts of the and documentation for a building permit and building services engineering.
