Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Liboci. Pozemek pro dům se nachází na svažitém terénu který směřuje k Libockému rybníku, což činí tuto parcelu atraktivní. Návrh reaguje na svažitost pozemku, severní výhled na Libocký rybník a na ideu nízkoenergetického domu. Objekt je umístěn do severní části pozemku, jež sousedí s rybníkem. Zde je i vstup na pozemek. Objekt tvoří jednoduchá hmota částečně ponořena do terénu v místě garáže a orientována svou delší hranou na jih a spolu se svahem vytváří intimní prostředí na zahradě.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the family house in Liboc. Land for the house is situated on a sloping terrain which leads to Liboc pond, which makes this plot attractive. The design responds to the slope of the land, the northern view of the Liboc Pond and the idea of a low-energy house. The building is located in the northern part of the plot adjacent to the pond. Here is the entrance to the plot. The object consists of a simple mass partly submerged in the terrain at the garage and oriented with its longer edge to the south and together with the slope creates an intimate environment in the garden.
