Abstract

Zadáním práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v Tichém údolí v obci Roztoky u Prahy. Stavba měla splňovat nároky pro bydlení 4členné rodiny. Místem pro budoucí stavbu byl pozemek na konci Tichého údolí v kontaktu s okolní přírodou. Na parcele původně stával dřevěný prosklený taneční sál a přídrodní koupaliště u turistické restaurace Maxmiliánka, která stojí na vedlejším pozemku. Později na tomto místě stávala restaurace Koliba, která však v roce 2009 vyhořela. Pozemek je ohraničen Únětickým potokem, údolím prochází frekventovaná turistická trasa a cyklostezka spojující Roztoky s Úněticemi. Hlavní idea vycházela z historie tohoto místa. Inspirací se stala zástavba Tichého údolí, které se stalo jednou z prvních vilových čtvrtí mimo Prahu. Proto byl základní hmotou, ze které jsem vycházel, vilový kubus. Tato hmota je tvarově jednoduchá, garáž je součástí objektu. Je zde snaha o čisté linie v exteriéru i v řešení dispozic domu. Dalším prvkem určující vzhled objektu se stal materiál obkladu, který bude z opáleného dřeva, což odkazuje na požár Koliby a dřevěného pavilonu u Maxmiliánky. Dům má 2 nadzemní podlaží a podkroví, které je věnováno dětem. Dispozičně je dům řešen co nejjednodušeji s jasnou funkcí prostor. Dominantu tvoří obytný prostor s krbem a kuchyňským koutem. Tento prostor je pomocí větší prosklené plochy v úzkém kontaktu s okolní přírodou a obnoveným biotopickým jezírkem. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je rodinný dům, který splňuje nároky na současné moderní bydlení a zároveň se snaží reagovat na zástavbu Tichého údolí a okolní přírodu.

The assignment was to design a family house in the Tiché údolí in Roztoky near Prague. The building should satisfy the requirements for housing a 4 - member family. The place for the future building was the site at the end of the Tiché údolí in contact with the surrounding nature. On the parcel stood originally a wooden glassed-in dance hall and a natural outdoor swimming pool by the tourist restaurant called Maxmiliánka, which stands on the next plot. Later, the Koliba restaurant stood there, but it burned down in 2009. The land is surrounded by the Únětický potok. Through the valley runs the frequented tourist route and the cycle path connecting Roztoky and Únětice. The main idea was based on the history of this place. Inspiration has become the housing development of the Tiché údolí, which became one of the first residential areas outside Prague. That is why the basic mass is the villa cubus. This mass is simple in shape, the garage is part of the building. There is an effort to clean the lines in the exterior as well as in the layout of the house. Another element determining the appearance of the building was the material of the facade cladding, which will be made of partly burnt wood, which refers to a fire of Koliba and the wooden pavilion by Maxmiliánka. The house has 2 ground floors and attic, which is dedicated to children. The house is designed as simple as possible with the clear function of the space. The dominant feature is a living area with a fireplace and a kitchenette. This space is through a larger glass surface in close contact with the surrounding nature and a restored biotope lake. The result of the bachelor thesis is a family house that satisfy the demands of contemporary modern living and at the same time tries to respond to the housing development of the Tiché údolí and surrounding nature.
