Abstract

Obsahom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu na nezastavanom pozemku na okraji obce Klecany s krásnym vyhľadom do doliny a na protiľahlý les. Urbanistická štúdia vychádza z susedského spolunažívania, prírodného vyznenia zástavby a odizolovania od okolitých zástavieb pozemkov. Výhľad do doliny na južnom svahu je jeden z najsilňejších stránok parcely a preto so vytvoril na južnej strane pozemku veľke terasy s veľkou rovnou exponovonau zahradou pre rodinne aktivity a terasovitou časťou pozemku na juhu pre vyrovnanie výškových rozdielov.

The content of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house on unbuild plot on the outskirts of Klecany village with beautiful views of the valley and the opposite forest. Urban studies are based on neighboring co-habitation, the natural expression of building and stripping away from surrounding land plots. The view of the valley on the southern slope is one of the strongest parts of the plot and therefore it has created a large terrace on the south side of the land with a large straight large garden for family activities and a terraced part of the land in the south to compensate for the difference in height.
