Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadaním bolo navrhnúť podzemný rodinný dom v Mníšku v Libereckom kraji. Parcela sa nachádza v okrajovej časti obce a je umiestnená v miernom svahu a z väčšej časti obklopená zeleňou. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť rodinný dom pre minimálne štvorčlennú rodinu a orientácia na významný výhľad, ktorý sa v lokalite nachádza. Koncept hmotového riešenia je reakciou voči orientácii k svetovým stranám a taktiež k terénu. Hmota domu sa skladá z pomyselných troch častí - vstupnej/technickej časti, spoločenskej/centrálnej časti a súkromnej/oddychovej časti. Dispozičné riešenie je navrhnuté tak, aby boli jednotlivé časti oddelené a spoločenská časť bola srdcom domu, čo som sa snažila vyjadriť aj priestorom obývačky a jedálne spojenej s kuchyňou. Jedná sa o železobetónovú stavbu, ktorá je z väčšej časti zasypaná pod terénom a má výraznú južnú a juhovýchodnú fasádu aj kvôli preslneniu obytných miestností. Riešenie fasády vďaka výrazným prvkom ako sú čierne rámy okien a rám protislnečného šiltu zostalo pomerne jednoduché a je riešené bielou omietkou.

The assignment was to project an underground family house in Mníšek in Liberec district. The site is located on a slight slope on the outskirts of the village. It is surrounded by greenery for the most part. The goal of the thesis is to project a detached house for family with at least 4 members with an orientation to a significant viewing point - Ještěd mountain. Massing concept takes into account orientation to cardinal directions and terrain properties. Massing is composed of three parts - entrance/technical part, social/central part and private/relax part. Layout solution is designed in a way that all parts should be separated and social part should be the centre of the house. I wanted to express this by shared space of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The house is projected as ferroconcrete construction which is buried under the terrain for the most part. It has expressive south and south-east facades also in order to bring sunlight to the residential rooms. The solution of the facade stayed quite simple thanks to the white parget and expressive elements such as black window frames and sun protection frame with matt glass filter.
