Horoměřice - administrativní objekt s obchody

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem administrativního objektu s obchody na parcele v obci Horoměřice. Součástí práce je předdiplomní urbanistický projekt, který nabízí možnost vzniku nového centra obci a nastiňuje možnost budoucího rozvoje obce. Diplomová práce obsahuje architektonickou studii stavby, konstrukční a statický rozbor a předběžný návrh vzduchotechniky objektu. Vybraná část práce je zpracována na úrovni projektu pro stavební povolení. Pro návrh objektu byla určující práce se členěním hmoty ve vztahu k maskování kapacity a urbanistické souvislosti. Zejména vztah budovy k malému náměstí před budovou. Dispoziční řešení práce vzniklo na základě provozu referenčních firem inspirovaných reálnou cestovní kanceláří a reklamní agenturou.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of an administrative building with shops on a plot in the town Horoměřice. The pre-diploma urbanism project is also part of the thesis; it offers the possibility of a new town center emerging and it outlines the possible future development of the town. The thesis contains the architectural study of the building, a construction and statics analyses and a preliminary building ventilation draft. A selected part of the thesis is designed at the level of a project for a building permit. The building design was mainly influenced by the breakdown of the mass in relationship to masking of capacity and urbanistic context, mainly the relationship to the small square in front of the building. The layout was designed based on the operation of reference companies inspired by a real travel agency and an advertising agency.
