Abstract

Vzhledem k orientaci pozemku je návrh rodinného domu v Liboci založen na maximalizování osluněných ploch objektu, bez nutnosti obětovat nabízející se výhled na Libocký rybník, který sousedí ze severní strany s pozemkem. Dvě na sebe kolmé hmoty jsou největší plochou oken orientovány na jižní a západní světové strany. Konstrukce domu je koncipována jako poměrně masivní, tepelně akumulační a protihluková. O tepelnou pohodu se postará tepelné čerpadlo země-voda a krbová vložka s tepelným výměníkem. Fasáda domu je tvořena z fasádních obkladových cihelných pásků, které domu dodají důstojný vzhled přirozeně stárnoucího materiálu bez nustnosti velké údržby.

Due to the specific orientation of the building plot the design of the family house is based on maximizing the amount of sunlight as much as posible, without sacrificing the view of the Libocký pond which is located on the notrhern side of the plot. Two masses which are perpendicular to each other are facing south and west by the main volume of windows. The structure of the house is designed to be relatively massive, thermally accumulative and provide appropriate sound insulation to residents. Heating will be taken care of by the earth-water heat pump and a fireplace with heat exchanger. The entire facade is made of face bricks that will provide a dignified look of naturally aging material without the need of any special maintenance.
