Konverze historické budovy nádraží Děčín východ

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konverzí historické budovy nádraží Děčín východ-sever a revitalizací jejího okolí. Budova, která v minulosti sloužila jako pohraniční stanice rakouské severozápadní dráhy, nemá v současné době využití a její kolejiště, které se nachází nedaleko historického centra města, tvoří pro místní obyvatele rozsáhlou pěší bariéru. Komplexní řešení zahrnuje zredukování nevyužívaného kolejiště, návrh nové obytné a administrativní čtvrti a novou pěší lávku propojující severní část města se stávajícím vlakovým nádražím Děčín východ - jih. Novou funkční náplní historické budovy jsou studijní a ubytovací prostory pro externí pracoviště fakulty dopravní ČVUT v Praze, konferenční sály pro město Děčín a interaktivní výstava automobilové a lodní dopravy.

This thesis deals with the conversion of historical buildings in Děčín East-North and revitalization of its surroundings. The building, which in the past served as a border station for the northern northwest railroad in Austria, is currently out of use, and its hinterland, located near the historic center of the city, creates an extensive pedestrian barrier for locals. The complex solution includes the reduction of the unused track, the design of new residential and administrative districts and a new footbridge linking the northern part of the city with the existing railway station Děčín East-South. Historic buildings are now used as studying and accommodation facilities for the external workplace of the Faculty of Transport CTU in Prague, conference halls for the town of Děčín and interactive exhibition of automobile and ship transportation.
