Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze 6 - Liboci. Tato lokalita se vyznačuje především svým specifickým výhledem na Libocký rybník. Pozemek se nachází v klidné a atraktivní lokalitě s krásnou přírodou. Návrh domu vychází z charakteru pozemku, kterým je severní svah o převýšení jedenáct metrů. Koncept objektu je co nejvíce přizpůsoben výhledu a orientaci. Dům respektuje dostatečně odstupy od okolní zástavby. Tvar domů sleduje okolního terénu. Dům je sestaven ze tří hmot. Vstup do domu je zvolen v druhém nadzemním podlaží z důvodu lepšího napojení na komunikaci. Hmoty domů jsou orientovány tak, aby poskytovaly uživatelům ve všech podlažích výhled na rybník. Denní osvětlení je umožněno z bočních stran, ze západu a východu, ve všech obytných místnostech. Hmota určená pro hlavní obytné prostory je kompaktní a uzavřená s konstrukčním a materiálovým řešením pro minimální ztrátu tepla a minimální spotřebu energie. Nedostatek balkonové plochy v této časti je kompenzován třetí hmotou. Jedná se o krytou terasu zvednutou nad terénem, přístupnou z obývacího pokoje přes prosklený most.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Prague 6, Liboc. This locality is characterized by its beautiful view of the pond Liboc. The plot is located in a quiet and attractive location with beautiful nature. The design is based on the character of the plot, which is a northern slope with an elevation of eleven meters. The concept of the building is as close as possible to its surrounding and orientation. The house respects the distances from the surrounding buildings. The house shape follows the surrounding terrain. The house is composed from three main parts. The entrance to the house is from the second floor due to the need of connection to the main upper road. The shape of the house is made so that it provides the owners with the best view from all the floors. The main daylight is provided from the two sides of the building from the west and east side to all the living ares. The V shape that includes the main living quarters is compact and enclosed with carefully chosen construction and materials that provide the solution for minimal heat loss and minimal energy consumption. The lack of balcony in this part is balanced by the third mass. This is a covered terrace elevated above the terrain, that can be accessed from the living room through a glass bridge.
