Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navržení rodinného domu, s přidruženou doplňkovou funkcí, pro rodinu se dvěma dětmi v Mělníku u břehu řeky Labe. Důraz měl být kladen na kontext a individualitu zpracovatele při zohlednění požadavků na nízkou energetickou náročnost a velikost rodinného domu by měla odpovídat obvyklým nárokům českých klientů (cena cca do 10 mil. Kč). Mnou navržený dům reaguje především na zdejší přírodu, ale i s přihlédnutím na okolní zástavbu, blízkost k řece a nedalekému historickému centru s dominantou Zámku Mělník. Dům má jednoduchý obdélný půdorys se sedlovou střechou a dostatečné prosklení na jižních fasádách s výhledy na místní přírodu a řeku. Jako doplňková funkce domu slouží v 1.NP menší provozovna wellness s masážemi a kosmetikou.
