Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Roztokách u Prahy ležící severně od Prahy pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Tvarové řešení objektu vychází z rozmanitého terénu v okolí pozemku. Celá stavba se skládá ze tří sobě provázaných částí o různé výšce (raumplan), tímto odkazuje na tradiční českou architekturu první republiky ovšem v moderním podání. Zastřešení je řešeno pultovou střechou, kde se střídají sklony střech nad jednotlivými částmi. Toto řešení vyplývá z dostatečného přirozeného osvětlení do hlavní části objektu a z nejvyšší části se "napojuje" na skalní výběžek ležící na pozemku. Celkový dojem autenticity místa dovršuje materiálové řešení v podobě kontrastu pálených prken se světlou omítkou.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house in Roztoky u Prahy, located by the north side of Prague. The house is designed for a four-member family. The shape of the structure is based on a high diversity of terrain around the area. The whole structure consists of three interconnected sections. Each of them has a different height (raumplan), this referrers to the traditional Czech architecture of 1920s, however, in a modern manner. The roof is realized by a shed - type roof. The inclination of the each roof alternates over the individual masses. This solution was chosen to increase amout of natural sunlight coming in the interior. The tallest part is "connected" to the rock spur in the middle of the ground. The overall impression of the place authenticity is ensured by the material selection in the form of a contrast - between black tanned wood cladding and a light plaster.
