| dc.description.abstract | Táto diplomová práca sa zapodieľa vplyvom rôznych siťovacích podmienok na mechanické a štruktúrne vlastnosti elektrostaticky zvlákneného kolagénu (typu I) s riadeným uvoľňovaním antibiotík. Mechanické vlastnosti boli vyhodnotené jednoosou ťahovou skúškou a štruktúrne vlastnosti boli analyzované pomocou analýzy obrazu SEM. Navyše, boli vykonané degradačne testy. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this diploma thesis was to verify the effect of different cross-linking conditions on mechanical and structural properties of electrospun collagen (type I) mats with the controlled release of antibiotics. Mechanical properties were evaluated by means of conducting the uniaxial tensile tests. Structural properties were analyzed by means of an image analysis of scanning electron microscope.
