Multikriteriální porovnání realizovaných sanačních opatření proti vlhkosti u historických budov

Abstract

Práce se zabývá multikriteriálním porovnáním realizovaných sanačních opatření proti vlhkosti u historických budov - kostelů. Rešeršní část je věnována vzniku vlhkosti, jejímu šíření v objektu a podkladům, které jsou potřeba pro návrh odvlhčení stavby. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé sanační metody proti vlhkosti používané v České Republice a zahraničí. V praktické části se práce konkrétně zabývá šesti kostely, z toho jsou čtyři v Libereckém kraji a dva na Moravě. Je zde popsána jejich historie, popis sanačních metod na nich realizovaných. V bakalářské práci autor vyhodnocuje realizované objekty dle vybraných hledisek (doba realizace hlavního sanačního opatření, ekonomická a technologická náročnost, míra zásahu do konstrukce, účinnost sanačního opatření a porovnání) a uvažuje o nejlepším možném řešení.

The work focuses on a comprehensive comparison of damp prevention measures in historic buildings, mainly churches. The background research focuses on damp, its spread in buildings and the basis for selecting measures of preventing it and reversing the damage caused. Furthermore, the individual measures of damp prevention as they are employed in the Czech Republic and abroad are described in detail. The experimental section focuses on six churches in particular, four situated in the Liberec Region and two located in Moravia. Their history regarding the issues with damp and the preventive and restorative measures taken at each site are described. The measures taken are compared with regard to costs, technological challenges, the degree they disrupt the original architecture and their effectiveness. The best solution in each case is suggested.
