Porovnání opotřebení nástroje pro vybrané tvary ostrých designových hran výlisku

Abstract

Trendem v automobilovém průmyslu je snižování produkce skleníkových plynů. Jednou z možností je snižování hmotnosti karoserie. Avšak při výrobě výlisku je třeba řešit tuhost výlisku. Jednou z možných cest je vytváření ostrých designových hran na výliscích, která však klade větší nároky na lisovací nástroj. V diplomové práci se tak zabývám vlivem opotřebení tvářecího nástroje při lisování ostré designové hrany a metodikou jeho opotřebení. V práci jsou popsány metody měření funkční části nástroje, geometrie výlisku a způsob vyhodnocení.

Lowering of greenhouse gases is one of the current goals in automotive industry. One possible way is to lower the weight of the bodywork, which leads to the problem of the toughness of the pressed bodywork. Another possibility is to use sharp edges on the bodywork, yet this increases the demands on the pressing machine. The aim of this theses is to describe the influence of wear of the mechanical press form when the sharp edges are being created. I also discuss how to measure the wear of the tools, the methods for wear measurement of both working parts of press and geometry of bodyworks. Finally I describe the way how to interpret the results.
