Optimalizace protihlukových opatření na dálnici D1 vůči zástavbě obce Slavníč

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je optimalizace protihlukových opatření na dálnici D1 vůči zástavbě obce Slavníč. Úvodní část práce seznamuje s důležitými pojmy a legislativou v oblasti dopravního hluku a shrnuje závěry a výsledky z bakalářské práce. Následující část diplomové práce se zabývá rozdělením, konstrukcí a prohlídkami protihlukových stěn. Teoretická část práce dále pojednává o požadavcích návrhu protihlukových stěn. Praktická část obsahuje v úvodu seznámení s programem CADNA A, ve kterém probíhalo modelování. Následně práce obsahuje modelování současné a výhledové akustické situace v obci Slavníč a řešení optimalizační úlohy pro výběr vhodného protihlukového opatření. Závěrem diplomové práce je uvedeno porovnání modelovaných výhledových variant vytvořených v programu CADNA A, stanovení optimálního návrhu protihlukového opatření, stanovení rozdílových map a doporučení použití jednotlivých druhů optimalizací. Přínosem této diplomové práce je určení a výpočet vhodného protihlukového opatření, které by po výstavbě zajistilo snížení současného nadměrného hluku v obci Slavníč na zákonem stanovené hygienické limity.

The subject of the thesis is the optimization measures against noise from the motorway D1 in the village Slavníč. The introductory part of this thesis acquaints with important terms and the legislation in the area of traffic noise and summarizes conclusions and results of the bachelor thesis. The following part of this thesis is concerned with a distribution, construction and with inspections of noise barriers. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the draft requirements of noise barriers. The practical part of this thesis contains in the introduction the acquaintance with the program CADNA A in which simulations were conducted. This thesis contains the current and prospective simulation of the acoustical situation in the village Slavníč and contains the solution of the optimization problem for the choice of the appropriate measure. In the end the thesis contains a comparison between simulate and prospective variants created in the program CADNA A, an assignment the optimal variant of a measure against noise, an assignment the difference maps and recommendations of using particular sorts of optimizations. The contribution of this thesis is the assignment and the calculation of the useful acoustical measure which would safeguard reduction of oversize noise after the construction in the village Slavníč on statutory hygienic limits.
