Vliv řezných podmínek na drsnost povrchu při broušení vysoce výkonnými kotouči z materiálu Cubitron

Abstract

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na optimalizace parametrů brousicího procesu vysoce výkonnými brousicími koutouči Cubitron II. V první části se zabývám teoretickou průpravou. V praktické části jsem díky poznatkům z teorie upravil podmínky procesu, pro dosažení lepší drsnosti broušeného dílce než Ra 0,4 ?m. V závěru jsem porovnal výsledky experimentu s původním nastavením brousicího procesu.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the optimization of parameters of the grinding process using high performance grinding wheel Cubitron II. The first part deals with theoretical preparation. The practical part is based on knowledge taken from the previous theory. Conditions of the grinding process were adjusted to achieve better roughness (Ra) than 0,4?m on the grinding product. In conclusion, I compared the results of the experiment with the original settings of the grinding process.
